I'm so excited when I'm working on a new painting. It makes me wish that I had no other responsibilities, that I could just be in this lovely spot all day. But other things beckon... :(

EDIT: I'm jumping in to share the finished product. I'm super proud of it. It was my largest painting of the year and I sold it immediately- first time I showed it. Here is the photo:
